Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer returns at this point in time. Should the product you receive be defective, you may email us at contact@eliphant.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will then be in touch with you to facilitate the exchange.

T&Cs For Exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with the original tags and packaging
  • Customers are required to bear the shipping cost of sending the items back to us
  • We currently do not offer refunds
  • All exchanges are available as store credit
