How Are Shipping Calculated:
Do note that all shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Enjoy free shipping for every purchase of $80 and up.
Returns & Exchanges:
Please note that we only offer exchanges should the product you receive be defective. We do not offer returns at this point in time.
To submit your exchange request, please email us at contact@eliphant.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will then be in touch with you to facilitate the exchange.
T&Cs For Exchange:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with the original tags and packaging
- Customers are required to bear the shipping cost of sending the items back to us
- We currently do not offer refunds
- All exchanges are available as store credit
